Overview
Red Chilli Recruitment in partnership with a market leading service provider of integrated solutions for garage forecourt operations, are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their existing team to provide first class customer service to their clients in the South East area.
Based from home, you will be responsible for providing ongoing routine maintenance, service and support for fuel dispensers, EV charging systems, tank gauges and associated equipment on forecourts area.
Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing routine maintenance, service and support for fuel dispensers, EV charging systems, tank gauges and associated equipment on forecourts area.
* Work from home and travel to client sites in the South East area to perform required servicing and repairs.
* Serve as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
* Follow established procedures and training to diagnose faults and complete service tasks.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience servicing and repairing mechanical equipment as a field based service engineer.
* Previous experience of working with retail fuel pumps and fuel management systems would be an advantage but not essential.
* Full equipment training will be provided.
* Strong communication and customer facing skills; able to work off own initiative and be well organised.
* Flexible in approach to work and hours; able to work independently.
Benefits & Compensation
* Salary: £29,200 (OTE £33K with Overtime)
* Additional benefits: Travel door to door, company van, phone, pension scheme, tools, PPE.
Hours
Hours will be 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 in 5 weekend and bank holiday rota.
