Overview:
We are looking to recruit someone who has a background in customer service. Someone who understands what it means to go the extra mile, and someone who wants to get started in IT. But most of all - because it is a big learning curve, we are looking for someone with drive and a passion to succeed.
Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team to provide technical support for customers’ existing hardware and/or software installations and resolve as soon as reasonable possible using the resources available to you
2. Answer customer phone calls, log support tickets and work on them through to resolution
3. Assist to Build and Configure new hardware including Routers and Wireless, Switches, Servers, PC’s and Laptops
4. Install, configure and support Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 Professional or higher) as well as basic support for Server applications such as Microsoft email and database applications
