Tiptree Medical Centre is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and highlyconfidential finance administrator to join our busy GP surgery team, on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and financial skills, who understands the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
* Accurate inputting, processing and management of financial data
* Maintaining financial records and ensuring data integrity
* Handling private forms, invoices, and sensitive documentation
* Processing and managing subject access requests (SARs), in line with data protection regulations
* Ensuring strict confidentiality when handling patient and financial information
* Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties
* Liaising with staff and external organisations, where required

Person Specification
We would welcome applications from:
* experienced administrators with a strong financial background.
* well organised and adaptable candidates, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
* candidates with experience of working within a GP practice or healthcare setting.
* those familiar with medical systems and financial software (preferably Quickbooks).
