Description
* Handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Conducting title checks and ensuring all legal compliance for property transactions.
* Providing clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Managing relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely progress of cases.
* Supporting the wider legal team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have:
