Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies.
* Manage a compact case load of the most complex cases and provide senior medical advice, support, consultancy and clinical leadership to Herefordshire and Worcestershire Core CAMHS.
* Conduct outpatient clinics consisting of routine and urgent new patient assessments and review/follow up appointments.
* Carry out home visits and telephone/remote consultations with service users as appropriate.
* Participate in appropriate multi‑disciplinary team meetings such as MDT meetings & CPA reviews.
* Maintain electronic health records in accordance with Trust policies.
* Undertake and maintain statutory and mandatory training requirements.
* Actively participate in clinical governance activities.
