A leading consultancy partner is seeking an experienced Procurement Solution Architect to join their growing Source-to-Pay transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual with hands-on experience in Ivalua or similar procurement platforms to play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-level procurement technology programmes.
The Opportunity
You’ll be a key member of a high-performing team focused on designing and implementing end-to-end procurement technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will define the solution architecture, ensure delivery excellence, and help drive innovation across the Source-to-Pay landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Ivalua (or other leading S2P platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, GEP, ZIP, ORO, or ServiceNow), combined with experience in architecting complex, integrated procurement solutions across large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Solution Architecture: Design and implement procurement solutions that align with client business, technology, and regulatory objectives.
* Ivalua Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Ivalua to guide implementation design, configuration, and integration best practices.
* Client Engagement: Provide strategic advice to clients, helping define technology strategies, delivery roadmaps, and integration blueprints.
* Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of technology components across functional design, build, testing, and go-live phases.
* Innovation & Best Practice: Stay ahead of emerging trends in procurement technology, such as Agentic AI and orchestration tools, and apply these insights to client engagements.
* Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to proposal development and solutioning for new opportunities, helping shape winning client strategies.
Key Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect within procurement or Source-to-Pay transformations.
* Hands-on expertise with Ivalua is highly desirable; exposure to other S2P platforms (Coupa, Oracle, GEP, ZIP, ORO, ServiceNow) is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of solution design across application, data, and technical domains.
* Experience with cloud-based architectures, integration middleware, and infrastructure provisioning.
* Comfortable running workshops, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, and translating complex technical solutions into business language.
* Strong delivery background, ideally within consultancy or blue-chip environments.
* Demonstrable success in managing distributed (onshore/offshore/third-party) delivery teams.
