Start date 1st September 2026.

At All Saints we are committed to offering an inclusive curriculum to ensure the best possible progress for all of our children whatever their needs or abilities. All our children are valued equally, regardless of their abilities and behaviours. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, staff, families and external agencies to ensure high‑quality provision and positive outcomes for pupils with SEND.

Key Responsibilities

* Alongside of SLT, formulate a strong vision for inclusive education.
* Ensure all staff recognise and fulfil their statutory responsibilities to children with SEND.
* Have a strategic overview of provision for pupils with SEND across the school, regularly monitoring and reviewing the quality of provision.
* Contribute to school self‑evaluation, particularly with respect to provision for pupils with SEND
* Set objectives related to SEND for the school improvement plan (SIP) alongside the wider team and plan implementation cycles for these objectives.
* Collaborate on the implementation cycle for school objectives related to SEND and ensure milestones are met.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of national and local initiatives that may affect the school’s policy and practice.
* Advise the Headteacher and governing body of priorities for expenditure, resources and deployment of staff to maximise achievement of pupils with SEND.
* Liaise with and coordinate the contribution of external agencies.
* Work with parents of pupils with SEND collaboratively, supporting them professionally and pastorally
* Produce annual SEND report and present to governors.
* Work in close collaboration with the Teaching Assistant Manager

The Successful Candidate Will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo)(desirable) or be willing to complete (essential)
* Have strong knowledge of SEND legislation, guidance and best practice
* Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Be committed to inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners
* Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

We Offer:

* A dedicated non‑teaching SENDCo role with strong leadership support
* A dedicated SEN Administrator
* A supportive, inclusive staff team
* Enthusiastic pupils and engaged families
* A school culture that values wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration

School visits are warmly encouraged. For further information and a copy of the application form and role profile, please contact Sarah Noble, School Business Manager s.noble@allsaints-fleet.hants.sch.uk
