Vacancy
Working within a busy and collaborative Residential Lettings team, we are looking for a professional, personable and motivated person to join our team as a Residential Lettings Valuer. The successful candidate will be expected to work at the highest standard and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords. Previous experience is preferred and knowledge of the local area would be a distinct advantage.

* Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
* Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available
* Ability to build key relationships and follow up
* Always ensure outstanding client care and service
* Impeccable presentation at all times
* Identify and follow up new business opportunities
* Monitor and manage team performance as well as your own
* Monitor and influence market share
* Maintain a customer centric approach
Experience
* At least two year’s industry experience
* Up to date with trends in the local residential lettings market
* Customer/client management

Hours of Work
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. Where a Saturday is worked a weekday will be given in lieu.
