The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, playful, and educational experiences for the children in our care. You will:
Support children’s learning and development through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Lead play-based learning activities
Provide for the physical and emotional needs of children in a loving and nurturing way
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress regularly
Carry out day-to-day care routines, such as mealtimes and sleep times
Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment

About You
You should:
Hold at least a Level 2 (or Level 3 preferred) Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, Diploma)
Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Understand and be committed to the principles of the EYFS
Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
Possess good communication skills - both with children and adults
Hold a current DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
