Role: Property Litigation / Conveyancing Paralegal
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Location: Thurrock
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

Reed Legal are looking to recruit a Paralegal that possesses experience in either Conveyancing or Property Litigation on the behalf of a Property Management company based in Thurrock. See below for key details…
Duties
* Assisting with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.
* Managing a substantial and varied caseload.
* Implementing and enforcing internal policies.
* Collaborating with insurance brokers and evaluating internal provisions for cases.
* Developing and enhancing legal processes for debt recovery and tenancy agreements.
* Providing preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases, including preparing letters and documents.
Experience
* Possesses at least 2 years experience within Property Litigation or Conveyancing
* Will consider candidates that have worked in house or in private practice
* Law degree ideal
* Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with your team
