Collaborate with our lead coach to deliver exceptional customer support during classes and access gold star training and career development opportunities.
As a Gymnastics Coaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead coach to generate innovative ideas for boosting participation, deliver captivating sessions to customers, prioritising safety, and, above all, provide a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
If you have, or are working towards, a Level 1 gymnastics qualification, have proof of continuous professional development, insurance through the national governing body, and have a solid understanding of general health and safety policies – we want to hear from you!

As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work. You will act mainly as cover for staff holidays and absences.
