Richmond upon Thames - Hybrid
£95,000 – £105,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team, working at the heart of decision-making. You will lead a high-performing Commercial Finance function, providing insight, challenge and direction to senior stakeholders while shaping strategy and driving sustainable growth.
What you will be doing
Strategic Leadership
• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy and commercial decisions
• Provide clear insight, analysis and constructive challenge
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team
• Build robust systems and data to support future decision-making
Governance & Performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting and analysis
• Ensure strong financial governance, controls and risk management
Stakeholder & External Engagement
• Act as a trusted Finance partner to senior leadership
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Support shareholder reporting and represent Finance at a senior level
About You
• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in commercial finance / business partnering roles
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders (up to board level)
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn insight into action
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
