We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at Abbey Park Academy.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across the school, including delivering interventions and leading small group or whole-class sessions under the direction of the class teacher.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education and care.
* Assist in planning, assessment, and the creation of engaging learning environments.
* Promote positive behaviour and support the emotional and social development of pupils.
* Provide targeted support for children with additional needs (SEND, EAL, etc.) as required.
