An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a leading regeneration business operating across the public and private sectors. This is a fully flexible, hybrid role, with excellent scope for progression and a competitive package up to £80k.
The Role
Working on exciting social housing projects, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process - leading the strategy, coordination, and delivery of compelling submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from initial capture planning to post-submission feedback
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, and design inputs
Ensure high-quality, persuasive, and compliant tender submissions
Develop win strategies, themes, and storyboards aligned with client drivers
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement in bid processes and tools
About You:
Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager within the social housing refurbishment/planned works sector.
Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., JCT, NEC, D&B)
Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
Ability to work flexibly and autonomously across a range of projects
Collaborative and commercially astute
