Hospitality Associate (Team Leader)
Salary: £31,415 per annum

As a Hospitality Associate (Supervisor) with Anchor, you’ll help deliver smooth daily operations in a vibrant, caring, and customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals looking to progress their career in food and beverage management or care home catering leadership.
What you’ll do:
1. Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring service standards and compliance.
2. Manage shifts, EPOS systems, cash, and stock control.
3. Support team induction, briefings, and on-the-job learning.
4. Assist with marketing events, promotions, and community engagement.
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer-facing roles.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
7. Confidence in managing daily operations and motivating team members.
8. Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification (or willingness to train).
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPOS systems.
10. Able to compelte an enhanced DBS check.
