You’ll inspire and grow a talented team of analysts and change practitioners, build trusted C-level relationships, and drive excellence in client engagements. With your expertise in public sector challenges, leadership prowess, and commercial acumen, you’ll shape strategies that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Grow a high-performing practice, boosting revenue and impact
* Develop innovative solutions to solve complex client challenges
* Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results
* Be a trusted advisor to public sector leaders
What You Bring:
* Public sector and consultancy experience is a must
* Proven leadership and commercial skills
* Experience managing budgets
* Expertise in business analysis and change management
* Eligibility for SC clearance (5 years’ continuous UK residency)
* Salary up to £110,000
* 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Hybrid working to their Manchester office
