The Role:
As a C-Level Sales Leader, you will:
Own the P&L—lead revenue strategy, profitability, and market expansion for a key business unit.
Secure enterprise deals with utilities, governments, and corporate clients, leveraging deep renewables expertise.
Shape commercial strategy in alignment with the executive team, identifying untapped opportunities in Europe or Asia.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Represent the brand at senior levels—negotiating partnerships, influencing policy, and driving thought leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
15+ years in executive sales leadership, with a proven track record in renewables, energy infrastructure, or cleantech.
Demonstrated P&L success—you’ve scaled businesses, navigated complex markets, and closed transformational deals.
Technical fluency in wind/solar/storage solutions and the regulatory landscape.
A connector and dealmaker—you thrive in boardrooms and know how to align stakeholders at the highest levels.
Global mindset—comfortable operating across Europe and Asia, with cultural agility.
Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred but not mandatory.
