This is your opportunity to join as Team Operations Director, responsible for building from the ground up. You’ll shape the operational framework, lead a world-class team, and oversee the flawless delivery of trackside experiences across the UK, US, and Middle East. What You’ll Do
• Lead and evolve global motorsport operations with full ownership of strategy, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive long-term operational scalability, balancing performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee all logistics, freight, and compliance, ensuring seamless execution across multiple international locations.
• Define team structures, recruit and develop staff, and foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.
• Act as the senior operational lead during events, coordinating across engineering, technical, and client-facing teams.
What You Bring
• 10+ years of proven experience in motorsport operations, ideally across international or multi-event programs.
• Proven track record leading end to end motorsport operations, including large budgets and complex, high-value assets.
