The Opportunity: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Start date: September 2026, typically for 18 months.
What the Business Administration Apprenticeship involves day to day
* Supporting the preparation, formatting, and updating of technical manuals for construction and agricultural equipment
* Assisting technical authors with document control, version management, and content updates
* Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
* Managing document workflows, approvals, and release records
* Maintaining structured records within document management systems
* Liaising with engineers, product specialists, and other internal teams to gather information
* Supporting general administrative tasks within the Technical Publications department
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship with structured training, mentoring, and on the job learning.
What we’re looking for
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Organised, methodical, and able to follow processes
* Comfortable using IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and document tools
* Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Training and Development
* You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship alongside your role
* Structured off the job training with an approved training provider
* Ongoing support from experienced Technical Authors and team leaders
* Opportunity to develop specialist skills in technical documentation, engineering support, and publishing systems
