- Leading andsupervising your shift- Case managing residentsand liaising with families, healthcare professionals and otherstakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created anddelivered- Administering and recordingmedication- Carrying out riskassessments- Working alongside care assistantsto support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain asactive and independent as possible- Workingclosely with the leadership team to developservices- Provide a fun, inclusive, andprofessional approach at alltimes

- NVQ Level 3 inhealth and social care desirable- Bewell-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegatingwork appropriately.- Proven ability to lead andsupervise others.- A good understanding of careplanning processes- Be experienced in or happyto undertake training on administeringmedication- Above all, have a natural ability tohelp make the lives of others morefulfilling.
