Place Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer Waverley Court Salary: £29,173 - £33,287 Hours: 36 per week We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy, Commissioning and Service Improvement Service as a Compliance Officer. The role is within our Compliance and Quality Assurance Team. The successful applicant will support the Team Leader, Compliance and Quality Assurance to co-ordinate the Quality Management System and complete Compliance Checks in a variety of service areas. They will also provide support and advice to service managers on processes, procedures and operational practices ensuring they are compliant with relevant quality assurance standards. We are looking for someone who is methodical, detail oriented, able to break down, communicate and map complex cross functional processes. Ideally you will have good knowledge of social housing in Scotland or a housing background. A good level of experience with M365 is essential and experience with process mapping and reporting tools would be beneficial. Knowledge or experience of Quality and Risk Management would also be beneficial You will work with a variety of Stakeholders and Colleagues across multiple service areas to support them establish, document and continuously improve processes, procedures and data quality using a risk-based approach. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, experience of relationship building, a positive attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
