About Us: School Fundraising are one of the leading providers of personalised fundraising products to schools throughout the UK. Serving almost 1,000 schools per annum we turn children's artwork into wonderful products for PTAs to utilise as fundraisers by retailing the items to parents. We maintain a small (currently 5 of us) focused team throughout the year with another 5-6 temporary staff at Christmas when work volumes increase significantly. Having recently moved into new premises and as we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Print Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure smooth, efficient and timely operations across all areas of print and production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the production department, including digital printing, and sublimation printing. Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines and client expectations. Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production. Manage and develop a small team of production staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale and manage a number of temporary staff recruited during our busy Christmas period. Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues. Maintain equipment and oversee regular servicing and repairs. Monitor stock levels of raw materials and order supplies as needed. Implement and maintain health and safety procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a production management role within the print or branded merchandise industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using production and workflow management software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Understanding of various printing techniques with particular focus on digital print and sublimation printing.
