This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity offering stable weekday work and excellent conditions. Job Details: Role: HGV Class 1 Driver (Collections Only) Location: Preston (PR2) Start Date: as soon as possible Pay Rate: £15.28 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends) Type: Ongoing / long-term position Key Responsibilities: Carry out collection-only routes (no deliveries) Complete up to 10 collection stops per day Perform manual handling when required Ensure safe, compliant, and timely vehicle operation Complete all relevant paperwork and follow site procedures Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience Good knowledge of UK road networks Strong commitment to safety and professionalism Benefits: £15.28 per hour 28 days of paid holiday (pro rata) Ongoing, full-time work Monday to Friday weekends off Supportive transport team and well-maintained fleet Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
