Role – Chartered Landscape Architect
Location – London
Salary - £38K - £45K DOE
Our client is a small, design led landscape architecture studio with a close-knit team where everyone is hands on and involved. The practice focuses on quality over volume and works on a varied range of projects including public realm, residential and mixed-use schemes. Projects are typically seen through from early design stages onwards, allowing real ownership and continuity. They are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect to join their London team.
THE ROLE
The role would suit a Chartered Landscape Architect who enjoys being hands on with both design and delivery. Working closely with the rest of the studio, the role involves contributing to design ideas, developing concepts, and helping projects evolve as they move forward. Collaboration is central to how the team works, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects, manage workloads in a sensible way, and deal directly with clients. As part of a small team, there is also scope to influence how projects are run and to contribute to the wider direction of the studio.
CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS
* A degree in landscape architecture
* CMLI
* Strong design background with an interest in seeing projects progress
* Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of work
* Able to contribute ideas and work collaboratively rather than in isolation
* Good communication skills and a practical, positive approach
