The Supply Register is seeking dynamic Cover Supervisors to join our vibrant team, working across John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust schools in Burton. We welcome individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including experienced teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, or anyone eager to expand their teaching skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and complete assigned work. Maintain classroom behaviour and create a positive, respectful learning environment. Support students with any questions or difficulties they may have while working on the lesson materials. Report any concerns or issues back to relevant staff, ensuring effective communication with the teaching team. Foster an inclusive, engaging, and safe classroom environment for all students.
