Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND
* Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised and engaging learning activities
* Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment
* Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
* Adapt resources and approaches to suit individual learning needs
* Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to teaching staff
* Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals
* Uphold safeguarding practices and promote pupil wellbeing at all times
About You:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in an SEND setting is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
* Flexible and confident in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within a school setting
