Service Care Solutions is working with a well-regarded local authority in Devon that is looking to appoint a Principal Social Care Solicitor to their in-house legal team. The primary specialisms for this post will be Childcare Law, with Adult Social Care Law as a secondary area of focus.
The Role:
The legal service is currently undergoing a period of structural change, and this role will be key in providing stability, leadership, and direction during a time of transition.
* Providing high-quality legal advice to Social Care team.
* Offering guidance and supervision to the social care team on complex and high-profile cases.
* Play an active role in strategy and legal planning within the team. The primary focus will be Childcare Law, with Adult Social Care Law as a secondary focus.
