£24,060 + up to 10% bonus
Working Hours
36.25 hours per week, working 5 days between Monday‑Sunday with shifts falling within the following hours: 07:30–18:15 mid‑week and 08:00–15:00 weekends.
Job Summary
As the go‑to expert on our police‑referred courses, you will provide dedicated support to customers, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience. You will work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding service in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with delegates by phone and email, booking courses, addressing queries, and providing relevant advice.
* Use autonomy to decide the best course of action for each interaction.
* Take ownership of personal knowledge base, seeking opportunities to learn and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of tools, systems, and processes.
* Ensure every customer interaction receives a best‑in‑class experience.
Key Qualifications
* Problem‑solving ability, quickly understanding and analysing information and making informed, logical decisions efficiently.
* Ability to absorb new information, continuously update and adapt skills and knowledge.
* Ability to thrive in pressurised situations, maintaining calm and focus at all times.
