Essential Personnel are excited to be assisting a fantastic organisation, who are based in Stockport, with the recruitment of an Office Administrator.
In the role, you will provide crucial support in overseeing and assisting in the daily office operations. This is perfect for an individual who excels in prioritisation, team support, and thrives on trust and independence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing quotations and organising services for the organisation.
* Manage, plan and track service schedules.
* Process incoming orders, invoicing, labelling and shipping.
* Organise shipment and delivery or various parts/stock through software.
* Managing, ordering and maintaining office stock levels.
* Organise hotels for engineers when required.
* Greet visitors and provide refreshments when required.
Standard working hours areMonday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Fridays 9am – 4.30pm.
Required Skills:
* Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information.
* Comfortable working independently and across multiple tasks.
* IT literate with basics experience of Office 365 and databases.
* Ability to organise and plan own work.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A high degree of personal organisation and self-management.
* Comfortable in working to tight deadlines.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
