DescriptionMotability Operations are currently recruiting for an Accessible Vehicle Specialist to join our team in Bristol on a 9-12 month FTC/Secondment. As part of the Accessible Vehicles team, you will deliver practical, commercially sound solutions for customers with complex mobility needs. You will manage partner relationships, resolve queries, and ensure accessible vehicle solutions are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a strong focus on customer outcomes.In this role, you will:Manage and resolve partner queries efficiently, coordinating with internal teams where neededSupport field-based colleagues to achieve strong customer outcomesBuild and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers, installers, and partnersMaintain and communicate accurate quarterly pricing for adaptationsAudit and process partner invoices with high attention to detailProduce monthly reporting within your specialist areaAssess when costs should be covered, balancing customer needs and business impactManage budget exceptions, including negotiations with the Motability Foundation where requiredContribute to continuous improvement of processes and the end-to-end customer journeySupport a smooth application-to-handover experience for customersQualificationsYou are a proactive problem-solver who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You take ownership, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be commercially aware while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes. They will be able to analyse information effectively and make confident, well-reasoned decisions, while also challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

They will work collaboratively across teams, supporting colleagues when required, and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
