This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced corporate office, providing support to the Council’s Leadership Management Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be approachable and discreet, and able to recognise when and how to deal with confidentiality issues and conflicting priorities.
The Business Support Officer will be the first point of contact for the Leadership Management Team and will have the ability to liaise with senior officers, councillors, and outside agencies. Experience in diary management, meeting coordination, action-tracking, and forward work planning/report management would be beneficial.
