Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 CPN who has a strong sense of initiative and excellent team working ability to join our team!
This comes at a time of transformation in mental health services under the community mental health framework and will give the successful candidate opportunities to work within mental health, together with new treatment pathways and interventions being offered to service users. This role will allow the clinician to focus on delivering these, while also developing skills in working with the wider population. The post holder will receive support from an established team and regular supervision.
Main duties of the job
* Participate in the ongoing transformation of Mental Health Services under the Community Mental Health Framework.
* Involved in the assessment and management of clients with various mental health conditions, with training and support provided.
* Encourage innovative ideas and contribute to service improvements. Clinical competence, confidence, kindness, and compassion are valued.
* Ability to travel between bases in a timely manner is essential for delivering effective service.

Person Specification
Experience
* 1-year experience working as an RMN
* Experience working in CMHT
Training and Registration
* NMC registered
* Completed or willing to undertake Mentorship training
