Our Client
Our client a is seeking a multiskilled maintenance engineer to join their established and highly skilled engineering team. Here, maintenance engineering skill genuinely matters : this is a fast x2011;paced production, high automation environment, where minimizing downtime is key.
What youll be doing
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be supporting an automated FMCG and packaging site that runs at pace. Youll be trusted to work independently, think laterally, and keep the lines running smoothly.
* PPM and Reactive Maintenance : ensuring equipment reliability and rapid response to breakdowns
* Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working across 3 x2011;phase motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and general electrical maintenance
What Youll Need
* Strong electrical competence (17th or 18th Edition)
* Confident with PLC fault x2011;finding
* Experience in FMCG, packaging, or another fast x2011;paced automated environment
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Ability to work independently
* A mindset geared toward improvement, reliability, and ownership
