Salary: National £45,000 - £60,000 London £55,000- £70,000

A bit about the job:
The role supports the growth of our non-standard business to expand our underwriting footprint into lightweight non standard motor. In this role you will be taking different opinions and information on board and be able to make suggestions and present ideas while working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders, pricing and underwriting teams, as well as retails. Analytical angle of the role will involve working as part of small end to end team to analyse different data points, internal and external to identify and recommend opportunities to expand into PCW market.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong underwriting skillset with experience in Non Standard segments
* Comfortable with data analysis and translating data led insights into actions
* Knowledge of customer journey and tailoring questions to underwrite Non Standard risks
* Understanding of key fraud controls applicable to Non Standard segments
* Ability to take balanced risk based judgements that support business growth within a test and learn environment

* Starting salary between £45,000 and £70,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
