Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in office administration and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff.
Work times to be discussed, we are open to between 3 and 5 days for this role.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Process and track invoices using Microsoft Excel.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
* Support various administrative functions as needed.
Skills
* Office experience with a solid understanding of administrative processes is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail.
