Solihull Community Housing is looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Building Safety and Compliance Team.
Responsibilities
* Contract management of gas and electric works including compliance service schemes for these areas.
Qualifications
* Experience with contract management and social housing.
* Financial knowledge to ensure SCH receives good value for money.
* Drivers license required.
Additional Requirements
* Good mediation skills and problem‑solving abilities.
* Fluency duty: English language proficiency as outlined in the Code of Practice for public sector workers.
