About The Role
As our Key Account Manager for the South, you’ll be a business developer driving sales through:
1. Managing our key distribution partners to explore new opportunities.
2. Prospecting new and key sales opportunities within your territory.
You will manage relationships with wholesale partners to keep Minor Figures top of mind. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop launch plans, secure new business, and execute strategies aligned with our forecasts. Proven experience in managing, growing existing RTMs, and securing new business is essential.
Responsibilities
* Increasing distribution, visibility, and brand awareness through Routes to Market / Distribution Partners.
* Managing distribution partners to ensure Minor Figures is their sales teams’ first choice.
* Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
* Representing Minor Figures confidently in the market.
About Your Team
You will report to Greg and work closely to execute growth and new business plans, supported by our BDM, Josh. You’ll collaborate with a talented sales team across the UK and Europe.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is an ambassador for the Minor Figures brand.
* Has a fun, adventurous, can-do attitude.
* Thrives in a dynamic environment, adaptable to change.
* Possesses excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
Experience managing distributors and key accounts in Drinks, FMCG, or similar industries is required. We value a fearless, relentless approach to business development, commercial savvy, organization, and a team-focused mindset.
