Administrator – Permanent - £24,500 - Liverpool
Forrest Recruitment are looking for an organised, driven, and people-focused individual to join a team as a New Business Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business where you’ll play a key role in supporting business development across the UK & Europe.

Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
You will support contractors throughout their journey, ensuring they are accurately registered, fully informed and receive a high level of service from day one.
• Registering and managing new contractor payroll starters
• Explaining payment methods such as Umbrella and CIS clearly and professionally
• Assessing eligibility for expenses and CIS requirements
• Managing compliance documentation and ensuring all records are accurate and complete
• Processing ID checks and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Supporting contractors and agency consultants via phone and email
• Updating contractor information throughout assignments
• Liaising with payroll and internal departments to resolve queries
• Producing reports and supporting wider administrative activities
