Commercial Director- Social-led Media and Agency Business
Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build out a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in building go-to-market strategies and pitching to senior stakeholders.
The Role
You will lead and grow the sales and marketing functions, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships. This senior role requires a strong grounding in social media, strategic understanding of social's role in branding, and a proven track record in scaling commercial teams and developing successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial strategy across agency and partnership streams
* Support product development and go-to-market strategies
* Work with leadership to achieve revenue goals
* Build and manage a high-performing sales/strategy/marketing team
* Develop pipelines for new business growth
* Partner with marketing on go-to-market campaigns
* Identify and evolve revenue streams in influencer/social agency services and brand partnerships
* Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in senior commercial or business development roles within media, digital, or creative agencies
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, influencer marketing, and trends
* Ability to align social strategies with broader brand objectives
