This is a confidential opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance professional to play a key leadership role within a dynamic business.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function, providing strategic insight and operational leadership. You will play a critical role in shaping financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop an established finance team
* Oversee the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
* Support the year-end process, including audit and statutory accounts preparation
* Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial planning
* Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives
* Analyse performance against budgets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
* Drive improvements in systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
Candidate Profile
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
* Strong technical accounting and financial analysis capability
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) advantageous
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
* Proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented approach
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
