Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hebburn (Onsite)
Lead marketing activity while supporting the full bid lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing campaigns and tender submissions align with business growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
* Manage brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
* Oversee digital marketing activity including website, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
* Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
* Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on ROI and pipeline contribution
* Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms
* Lead the end-to-end bid process alongside senior leadership, from opportunity identification through to submission
* Write, edit, and review persuasive tender responses
* Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation
* Support opportunity tracking and pipeline development
* Produce case studies demonstrating previous project success
* Align marketing campaigns with priority sectors and procurement frameworks
Experience
* Experience working in a marketing role
* Experience supporting or managing bids and tenders
* Strong copywriting and editing skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
