The Role
As Head of Sales (UK), you’ll lead our UK sales strategy, manage a talented team, and shape sales approaches to achieve revenue growth and meet venue goals. You’ll collaborate across departments to optimize the sales process and foster a supportive, forward-moving culture.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Sales Team: Coach, mentor, and develop team members with clear KPIs.
* Drive Sales Strategy: Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and repeat business.
* Optimize Processes: Promote data-driven, efficient workflows including automation and reporting.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
* Own Performance: Ensure sales activities are profitable and aligned with targets.
* Champion Innovation: Lead new ideas and tools to stay industry ahead.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years in a senior sales role, preferably in hospitality, events, leisure, or entertainment.
* People-first leadership with experience in team growth and development.
* Strong commercial acumen with numbers, pricing, and performance reports.
* Effective communicator and influencer at all levels.
* Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
* Experience with CRM or sales automation systems is a plus.
* Right to work in the UK.
