Basic Pay Rate: £25,000 p.a.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Full-time. Permanent)
Working Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm
Role Overview
Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.
Onboarding of new accounts.
Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
Taking client orders across various supply areas.
Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.Candidate Requirements
