SENCo Role Full time September Start Permanent Contract As the Primary SENCo, you will: Lead and Develop Strategies: Be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective strategies to support the learning and development of children with special educational needs. Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our students. Individualized Support Plans: Develop and oversee personalized support plans, ensuring they are tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges. Inclusive Curriculum: Collaborate with curriculum coordinators to ensure our curriculum is accessible and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the impact of SEN provision, collecting and analysing data to make informed decisions and continuously improve support services.
