The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting children's learning through play-based activities and experiences
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Encouraging children's communication, social, and emotional development
* Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care where required
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Promoting inclusive practice and supporting every child to reach their potential
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
