Building Services Engineer

Join a leading global provider of facilities management and building services as a Building Services Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems at a large commercial site in Frimley.
Day-to-day of the role
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using advanced facilities management software.
* Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks via a dedicated tech app.
* Ensure compliance with Legionella L8 regulations.
* Perform electrical work in line with 8th Edition standards.
* Liaise with external contractors for specialist services such as AC units and boilers.
* Conduct water testing and tap testing.
* Maintain and troubleshoot general building systems including UPS systems, generators, and fire sprinklers.
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency response.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Electrical qualification (8th Edition).
* Experience in general building services maintenance.
* Knowledge of Legionella L8 compliance.
* HV experience preferred (training provided if necessary).
* NEBOSH certification is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems.
