Responsibilities
🔍 Talent Acquisition Strategy
* Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.
* Develop and execute a recruitment roadmap for both technical and non-technical roles.
📣 Sourcing & Outreach
* Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
* Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
🧪 Screening & Interview Coordination
* Review applications and screen candidates for culture fit and skill alignment.
* Coordinate and manage interview logistics across teams and time zones.
* Conduct initial phone screens and facilitate smooth handoffs to hiring managers.
🧾 Candidate Experience
* Act as the candidate’s point of contact, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
* Guide candidates through the full hiring journey, from application to offer.
🤝 Employer Branding
* Promote ClaimSorted as an employer of choice in the insurance and insurtech ecosystem.
* Collaborate on content for LinkedIn, job descriptions, careers pages, and recruitment campaigns.
📊 Metrics & Reporting
* Track hiring metrics: time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, DEI goals.
* Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership.

* Optimize ATS workflows, templates, and interview practices.
* Contribute to the development of a scalable, inclusive hiring process.
