They are looking for a passionate, high performer and commercially sharp Sales Manager, who is looking to work at a more senior level with commercial partnerships and KOLs across the West Midlands region to join their team spine team.
Responsibilities:
* Execute sales strategy, product launches and competitive conversions
* Develop key surgeon relationships, managing KOLs
* Supporting complex spinal cases
* Deliver high-level clinical and product education
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to exceed targets
Experience:
* Must have surgical Medtech sales experience in the NHS; ideally spine or orthopaedics
* Confident working in complex operating rooms, influencing KOLs
* Results-driven mindset with proven experience of exceeding sales targets in high value territories
* Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes
* Full valid driving licence
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
