Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

An established facilities management contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts across the London area. This is a key client-facing role, responsible for ensuring service excellence, commercial performance, and strong long-term client relationships.
The Role
* Manage and oversee multiple FM contracts across London.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
* Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
* Oversee operational delivery, including engineers, subcontractors, and service partners.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and commercial performance across the portfolio.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.
* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld across all sites.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience as a Contract Manager within facilities management.
2. Strong understanding of hard FM services (M&E, building services).
3. Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
