Product Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Applications Location: Nuneaton/Oxford-Hybrid - with some travel required Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £40,000-£49,000 per annum DOE, plus car / car allowance, Benefits: 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme About the Job Youll have an important part to play within the IT function as the day-to-day owner of Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM) applications, ensuring their effective use, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs. As Product Manager you will manage system administration, address issues, drive enhancements, and ensure data quality to support the Commercial and Procurement functions. You will champion the applications and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders maximising the value derived from these tools. As part of your key responsibilities youll: Administer and configure CLM applications, managing user access, permissions, and vendor relationships Provide first-line user support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT or vendors for resolutions Manage change control processes for all system and process modifications, ensuring best practice adherence Identify and implement continuous improvements to CLM applications, increasing usability, value, and user adoption Support the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of CLM applications across functions Act as a data steward, ensuring data integrity within CLM applications and establishing quality checks Support the creation and management of dashboards and KPIs to provide valuable management insights from CLM data Define and govern CLM workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency Develop and deliver comprehensive training and guidance to end-users, promoting effective system use Champion CLM applications across the organization, fostering an engaged user community and driving adoption About You Wed love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think youd be able to perform well in this role!
